Firesmart Event
Thank you to everyone that supported the Firesmart cleanup at Access 8 in the Bravo neighborhood yesterday. We hauled 6 trailer loads of debris away to the Eco Depot. Also we would like to thank Danny Funk from the TNRD for helping out and supplying the food as well as BBQing the burgers and hotdogs. It was a great success.

OPEN FIRE RESTRICTIONS May 2nd
Effective Noon Monday, May 2nd, 2011 Open Fires will be restricted . Specifically this ban prohibits:
- Burning any waste, slash or other materials piled or unpiled at a size no larger than One Metre by One Metre.
- Burning stubble or grass over any area or size.
- Using Fireworks or buring barrels of any size or description.
This Restriction covers all BC Parks, Crown and Private lands.
